This site was created by "UEMOA (Union économique et monétaire de l'Afrique de l'Ouest)" and "CEMAC (Communauté économique et monétaire de l'Afrique Centrale)", covering 14 countries. Excellent site which provides information on the economic situation of each country, as well as the best ways to do business with them.

Burkina Faso

This is the site of the Embassy of Burkina Faso in Canada. Includes a section on economics matters.

AFRIBOURSE
This site is, in an indirect way, the site of the regional stock market ( Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières) (BRVM) in Abidjan. Very limited at this stage, and somewhat representative of the present limited activities of this new financial center in West Africa.
